Building in Public
Most studios go quiet until launch day. We’re doing the opposite.
Why build in public?
Because games are better when the community is part of the process. We share our progress, our mistakes, and our wins — all of it.
Here’s what that looks like for us:
- Dev logs on this blog. Regular updates on what we’re working on, what’s broken, and what we’ve shipped.
- Discord playtests. Early builds go to our community first. Your feedback shapes the game.
- Open roadmaps. No hidden agendas. If something’s delayed, you’ll know why.
The tradeoff
Building in public means showing unfinished work. That’s scary. But it also means we get real feedback early, build trust, and make better games.
We’d rather be honest and rough around the edges than polished and silent.
If that sounds like your kind of thing, join us on Discord.
